Game won't start, Steam license (Scrap Mechanic)

- I go into the game, I see the Axalot inscription, then I see the game menu, everything lags terribly and turns off after 3x seconds. I gave my friends a steam so that they could check one laptop (i7_2.40ggz, 6gb ram, video gt670m 1gb) the game goes under 50 fps. The second friend already has a PC (amd atxlon cheto there 3.20ggz, 4gb ram, video card cheto there 5600hd (well, I’ll say trash) the game is running. I have a laptop (i3 2.50ggz, 6gb ram, gt 730m 2gb) AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DOES NOT START
