Unreal Tournament Steam (Unreal Tournament 2004)

I bought a steam version of the game, I want to go to the servers, it gives an error of something like you have a firewall turned on and it blocks, read the readme for detailed information. It is worth it, completely removed the network protection, the firewall is disabled, and there and there set access to the network, but the error does not go away
