I don't know what the film is called, please help!

The film is old, I remember only one frame. The girl's son, whom she once abandoned (it seems) is returning to her. And she has a family and has 2 little sons (twins). The film ends with an adult "abandoned son" strangling the twins with a pillow. Please help me find this movie! Thank you in advance)))
