Laptop Freeze Issue (Total War: Attila)
Sobsno, the laptop is not new, but not old either:Intel Core i7-4500U 1.8 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.0 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2 GB VRAM
RAM 8GB DDR3 L Memory
When the game starts, it shows a stable fps of 25-30 frames on average in the battle. However, it takes five to ten minutes, and there is a strong drawdown in fps. After a while, everything returns to normal again, and such a leapfrog is constantly, then everything is fine, then a frieze. Moreover, friezes occur with some frequency, as if by an alarm clock. The longer I play, the shorter the intervals between friezes. With the temperature, everything seems to be fine, it doesn't feel very hot. There are suspicions about the swap file, maybe you need to do something with it? For there was a similar situation with GTA5 (on any graphics settings, again). I read the forums, some had similar situations with Rome 2, but there was no advice on how to solve it. Who had this and who can tell what?
