Overheating of the video card
Please tell me what the video card can heat up from. The sistemnik cleaned the dust, changed the thermal paste the other day, but it still heats up to 90 degrees in the game (data from msi afterbahner). Before changing the thermal paste, the computer rebooted 2 times by itself. As soon as the thermal paste was changed, the reboots seemed to disappear, but the video card still heats up, bp at 550v, through the case you can very well feel how the coolers work, you can feel the cold. The system engineer is only 2 years old. Thank you in advance. The model of the video card at least named. Do "rotators" work on the card itself? Remove overclocking, if any.
What are the maximum temperatures for the video card, perhaps, these are the norms for the oven.
Standard editions are usually always hot, third-party manufacturers are finalizing the cooling.
When the video card fails, overheating hangs for several. seconds before shutdown.
If there is not enough power supply in the load, then the system shuts down.
It is probably worth preparing to replace the old PSU with a more powerful one.

Genom94 Is there a
problem in all games or only in some specific game? Are the coolers spinning on the video card itself? What are the temperatures of other components in the pc?
Change the cooler and measure the rpm, if it's low, raise it manually. There are programs for this

If under load, the temperature is normal. How fast are the coolers on the video card? Add revolutions (if there is where). On vidyakha, besides the thermal paste, were there thermal pads? Did you smear a lot of thermal paste when you changed it?

Not I smeared, master. It seems straight forward, the cold is felt through the wall of the case. I don't know about thermal pads.

Then try to touch the heatsink on the video card (of course, when the temperature is not too high, but enough to feel it well): if it's cold, then there is poor heat transfer between the chip and the cooling, if it's hot, everything is fine with heat transfer, but the video itself heats up. In the first case, it is enough to simply rebuild the cooling on the vidyah, in extreme cases, reapply the thermal paste; in the second, look further.
