Dialogue problem (Black Desert)

Upon completion of one of the initial tasks (killing a ferret, lvl 5), you need to talk to the Black Spirit and, by calling him, the dialogue hangs. That is, when you click "done" to read on, nothing happens. The game itself does not hang, everything works and is displayed, but the dialogue cannot be continued or closed. What to do?
