Artist with a painting quest (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Who can throw off the screen with the exact location of the artist, from KiV, in order to eventually be able to draw a picture for Corvo Bianco.
The whole city climbed up and down. There are places with music stands. But no non-scripts designated as "artist".
The freak with the quest about the eggs of the statue, this is clearly not the one we are talking about ..
