FC2 alpha. Is it possible to regain the technical advantage? (Far Cry 2)

I noticed that at the presentation "IgroMir 2007" Far cry 2 is shown, in some points, technically better than the current version.

For example, when the grass is burning, a rather thick smoke comes from it (it seemed to me personally that it is thicker than at the exit), or the hang glider has hooks dangling during flight (or, as it is called, not in the know). In the animation of the treatment, when it is necessary to remove the bullet from the hand, it is grasped with forceps, twisted and pulled out. On release, there is not even a bullet in the hand, just a hole. And the drawing distance seemed to me better, although I could be wrong, so I will leave screenshots and a link to IgroMir for inspection.

So, I wondered, after the story with Watch dogs, when the player was able to return the graphics as in the presentation, without much effort, is it possible to do the same, or not much more, with Far cry 2? At least partially, it would still be interesting to see this.
