Torrent problem, need help

It does not start minimized to tray? - if its icon is there, click on it with LMB. In theory, it should rotate to full screen. If it is hiding, do it so that it can be seen when it is working.

The icon on the taskbar is visible, the torrent window itself is not visible, it is visible only at altab, the screen is above, and if you try to expand the torrent, you still cannot see it, even if you click on the icon

Then I don't know, I stopped using uTorrent for a long time - I switched to a similar one. I have not updated it since the release (later they crammed any nonsense), with the correct settings it works fine.

Well, I'll probably give the most obvious advice - reinstall / install a different version.
In general, if there are any other bugs in Windows, then it will not hurt to open the command line through the administrator and register / sfc scannow, this is certainly not a panacea, but in some cases it helps.
It is also worth cleaning the registry in ccleaner, several times, until it stops finding errors.
