The game starts and crashes instantly (Transport Fever 2)

Good day. The problem arose quite recently. After reinstalling Windows 10, I decided to install and play Transport Fever 2 on the Steam client. Previously, there were no problems, everything was fine, but now the game just does not even have time to start as it crashes. At the same time, it does not give any error. I play without additional content.
Departure process. In the Steam client, I click on the Play button. The overlay shows that I am playing TF2, but after 1 minute without any loading screens, the game crashes. You can see the details in my screenshot.

Drivers and the like. All drivers are installed. I have a Radeon AMD graphics card, 16GB RAM. The minimum requirements are passed, especially since I did not update the computer after the last game in TF2. Following Steam's advice, I checked the integrity of files, cache, etc. Also reinstalled the game more than once.
Please note that there are no problems with other games, and in particular with TF1.
