Quest \ "Transcendental Experience \" (Cyberpunk 2077) does not start

I rummaged through all the Internet, but she did not find an answer. The quest is in the magazine, I come to the point where everyone has Stefan, but I don't! Then nothing happens. I switched to another quest, and then again to this one and even stopped marking the route to there. This is the last side quest I have left. Maybe someone faced a similar problem ??
