Unable to complete quest (Cyberpunk 2077)

I completed the task Blood Sports, but after a long time, when I had already completed a large number of other tasks, it resumed! However, it does not work completely! There is no mark on the map, there is no chela himself who needs to be saved either! Is there any way to rollback the task or go through it using code? I have a license, if that.
