Problems with derectx 10.1 (STALKER: Clear Sky)

Guys, did anyone come across a problem in the Clear Sky. When when you turn on derectx 10.1, the main menu shifts down, artifacts appear and the mouse does not respond well? AMD rx 580 graphics
