Requests to run through Steam (Grand Theft Auto 5)

About launching GTA through the launcher, licenses, everything is as it should. He asks me to run it through Steam, but I have to buy it in Steam. Before that, everything started as it should. Please help me, I don’t know how to fix it anymore.
