Graphics / Resolution Issue (Genesis Rising: The Universal Crusade)

The problem is in the resolution. I can't match the resolution of the game to the screen. Either the game shrinks so that all the letters are not visible, or they become flattened. The buttons are not pressed. Don't even go into the settings
