speed is low, and ww takes speed only from the weapon - however, the maximum speed for pvm is optional, and the hit from death will be more powerful than a couple of blows with oath. In general, collect it, father-in-law. Search for the attack speed calculator on the internet using the diablo2ingame tag - the base of the blanks varies greatly.
If the beaver is rocked not on cc, but on frenzi, then oath is not needed at all - it is better to death + azure / lobringer.

If more than two targets can be targeted then each weapon will attack a separate target, otherwise both will attack single target.
