Whirwild Barbarian with Two Horses (Diablo 2)

Please tell me how it works.

In one hand I have a Weapon with Deadly Strike, in the other% Life Steal, I look in detailed statistics (I play with PlugY) and see that only Deadly Strike is displayed, and% Life Steal does not seem to display, poked swords, it was all the other way around, two properties from different weapons do not work at the same time or is it some kind of display bug? Does the whirwild process also only work with some primary weapon?
