FPS dropped after departure (Borderlands 3)

After the next departure, the game just started to lag wildly, if before that there were 50-60 frames on average, then after this unfortunate departure it became a complete tryndets, fps: 1 to 60 it became impossible to play at all.
Maybe someone came across or just some thoughts that there is something you can do with it (except how to download it again)
