Mod (s) to colonize all planets on 2.8.1 (Stellaris)

Help me find a mod that is in the topic header .. I once found this mod for version 2.8.0-2.8.1, but disappeared somewhere. Of course, I have it installed, but I started modifying it and forgot to make a copy of the files, which is why, after changing the minimum and maximum number of planetary raions, all areas for building disappeared completely (before the modification, there were all except agricultural ones that I I wanted to change) ...
