Game not saved (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

I downloaded it anew after reinstalling Windows. I played a little, made + - 30 moves. Preserved by quick save, came out. When I went in, I found that there was no save. I tried to create a new game and save with quick save, normal save. Does not work. Having rummaged around, I found that I do not have a folder with saves, I created it, nothing worked. Renamed the "documents" folder to "Documents", unchecked the "read-only" checkbox. Nothing helps
