crash igrulya (Fallout 4)

Hello friends!
Fallout 4 for a magical reason crashes during the game and without error. The flight takes place practically at the very beginning, I can't even reach the bunker. I removed all mods, reinstalled the game on another disk and nothing.
my PC:
Asus Geforce RTX 2060ti -
AMD Ry 5 graphics - 3600x -
Asus prime H310M processor - Motherboard RAM -
16 GB

Start the launcher and turn off the "weapon fragments" or something like that in the settings. On RTX with this function of the problem, the game crashes literally in + -10-15 minutes
