Launching the game on 32bit (Assassin's Creed: Rogue)

Is there any way to run Assasins Creeed: Rogue on a 32-bit Windows system? I just so want to play on my weak hardware, but I can't go from 32 bit to 64, if there is any way or lowering the graphics for a 32-bit system, I will be very grateful if anyone can help
