Launch bypassing the launcher (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)

Is it possible to run an exe file of a specific mass effect part directly, without even a lightweight launcher? I run it via Steam Remote Play and when the same process was called to start the game, the input lag is almost acceptable for shooters. While if you start the launcher first, and then load the game, then playing with such a delay is almost impossible. When you open it, let's say me2.exe launches anyway
