Flickering at the bottom of the screen (Resident Evil: Village)

Have a good time of the year. I have such a problem (see the video), no one has encountered a similar one? This is only in RE Village. My characteristics: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor, 16.0 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650. I don't understand much about hardware, but if someone can tell me something, I will be grateful to you.

Many people have such nonsense in the incentive, just like there are tons of other problems in the game, the capcoms apparently wanted to degenerate again to the level of the triple crown class of shitty ports = pe4, dmts3 and onimusha3. The digital foundation itself reviewed the technical component of the PC version and, to put it mildly, were disappointed (), because the console versions generally look better in places = anti-aliasing does not work correctly on the PC and there are no wildly annoying micro-freezes and video memory leaks on the consoles.

!!!
I figured out what was the matter. It turns out that I had some kind of movie filter turned on for pre-order, I turned it off and everything returned to normal. Fucking developers! I love and hate them at the same time.

I sinned on the video codec, there was a message when I first started the game, but it turned out myself with a mustache, I turned on this crap and did not think))
Thanks for the hint !!!
