NoName account (For The King)

When the game starts, it does not see the account, instead of the name of the profiles, it appears NoName. Lucky only once out of thirty, I guess. I tried to save both to the cloud and to the computer, transferring the save from the "wrong" folder to the "correct" one, the result is the same. Maybe someone had a similar experience and figured it out?
