It's the same with the grenade. This is an industrial product and is not handcrafted.

Actually, as already said, you can only craft homemade items. Army grenades, first aid kits, cartridges and the like are not crafted. But with the proper level of influence, it is bought in the camps.
As a low-power alternative to grenades, you can use a homemade land mine (in fact, it serves for this purpose).
