How to make empty roads (remove traffic) in the game? (Forza Horizon 4)

On the Internet, I often see videos where people have empty roads in the game, other cars do not drive on them, well, or how else to explain. Having rummaged in the difficulty settings and in the game settings in general, I did not find anything like that.
