TV connection to the router is not confirmed

Faced a strange problem. Every time the power is turned off and then turned on, a strange situation occurs. You are losing the internet, but not the connection to the router. That is, you write that the network is connected, I can view it, but also writes that the network is without an Internet connection. At the same time, if you disconnect this connection and turn it on again, then the network connects, but writes that the connection to the router is not confirmed and there is no Internet itself. At the same time, even if you throw the Internet to TV via a cable - the same thing.
It only helps to completely reset the TV to factory settings every time after a power outage, but this output is so-so.
So help if anyone knows the reason for this.
