Firewood AMD. Problem process \ "AMDRSServ.exe \"?

I rolled firewood on the new rx 5700. A couple of processes appeared and the mouse corsair had a blinking waiting icon. I suspect because of the process "AMDRSServ.exe" which eats CPU resources in different ways. So how do you disable this infection? in the task manager is not disabled. I did not find it in the services
