FPS issues (Mount Blade)

Hello, I have such a problem (game version 1.154) in the game 10 FPS and this is the maximum that I could squeeze out. I turned on vertical sync and changed configs, but nothing helps. With all this, the machine is powerful, and on the weaker (much weaker) everything went exactly 60-70 FPS. Help.
