Mod problem (People Playground)

hello. In short, I have a problem with the game, or rather with the mods. I have a pirate, and when I dropped the mods into the Mods folder (I created the folder myself, because it was not there) the game just gives an error,
many write "download from the tuttop", but my provider blocks any torrents. so, please help with the error.
