Inventory mouse problem (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

In general, after about ten minutes of the game, when entering the inventory / map / magazine, etc., in these tabs, as well as in the game menu and in dialogs, the mouse stops functioning. There is no cursor, wheel scrolling and clicks do not work. At the same time, directly in the game, the mouse continues to work as it should.
The version of the game is the latest GOG license. A couple of mods are currently installed, but the problem originally appeared in the bare version from the very first launch. I know of only one method of struggle - restarting the game, but this is annoying. Does anyone know how to solve this?
