The game lags on launch (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

Hello. Faced the following problem: when launching AC Odyssey (license) on a laptop, it often happens that the launch occurs through one place. I explain: I start the game, everything seems to be fine, but at the moment of the warning screen (about harm to health), when in-game Steam and Apple overlays are shown for a short time in the corners, and NVIDIA Ansel makes itself felt, these "notifications" are somehow very slow appear and disappear, and all the time when this happens, subsequently the game itself is very slow, even the main menu. Although sometimes it happens that everything starts up normally, and everything is smooth and like clockwork. So the problem is not with the performance of the laptop. I also noticed such a trifle that in those times when it slows down so much at startup, then when the launch window is "expanded", a white window without frames appears,

I apologize if I did not understand it clearly, I just searched on the Internet for a similar problem, I did not find anything much. I changed the resolution and rebooted the laptop. Sometimes it helped, and sometimes I had to restart both the laptop and the game 5 times.

Steam license? If Steam and Ubisoft Connect accounts are linked ...
Spoiler
... does the game appear in the connection library, with the ability to run without Steam? - try to run only through the Yubisov launcher, you can turn off the overlay in it.
Spoiler ... the game itself is very slow, even the main menu.
The game is processor-dependent - it loads the CPU itself decently + protection. At the moments of brakes, was the load on the system monitored (MSI Afterburner, etc.) with display on the screen?

Why such confidence? - at different moments the game can load the system in different ways. For example, during downloads (including initial ones), the load on the processor, RAM and disk usually increases - if one of them is relatively weak, there may be freezes, etc.

With such problems, it is customary to describe the performance characteristics of the hardware (in this case, the laptop model) - if the topic is not and nothing is indicated in the profile, you can guess the reasons for a long time.
