What is the bug? 1 FPS! (Phasmophobia)

The funny thing is that I have a powerful PC: i7 8700k, 32 GB of RAM, RTX 2080 Ti. I usually always played the game in the VR version. Now I decided to go to the usual one, and ... Right in this room (garage or whatever it is ...), but right there is already somewhere around 1 fps. The VR version is flying. By the way, I noticed a problem with this game when recording a video. I am recording through Geforce Experience. There is a feature to separate your microphone separately (i.e. 2 sound tracks, 1 game and 2 my voice). However, when I play with a friend, on the recording, the friend's voice does not go into the sounds of the game, but into the track of my microphone. Who faced such moments? There is a solution?
