Game won't install (windows 10) (Honkai Impact 3rd)

I downloaded the launcher from the off site, installed all the cases, I press the download button for the game, the download starts and at some point (each time in different ways), this plate comes out first during the installation of the game, and then after the game has already been completely installed and the scale is 100%, the "download game" button turns into "start the game" but you cannot start it because the button does not respond to pressing and again this plate comes out once the first time you press it, after that nothing happens. You close the launcher, open it and there "download the game" and even the game itself was installed but nothing, offers to download it again. I try to install it more than 2 times and every time the same thing, I rebooted the laptop and changed the region (I saw it in YouTube), but nothing happened.
