I got this after some update. I start the game - during the splash screen, the Unity window appears - the game is minimized.
It only helped to manually delete the game from the Steam folder. I guess it was a conflict between the mod version and the game version. At first I deleted it through the Steam library, but Steam does not delete user files. Including try
