Registration problem (NBA 2K21)

Good day! I have an Xbox One S and I downloaded Nba 2k21. I want to create my own career, this requires registration. I want to register, only when I enter my e-mail I can not put "@". I don't understand what the problem is, because you can put "@" on a regular keyboard in the Xbox system, but in Nba 2k21 it doesn't. Help me please!
