Game not saved Beyond: Two Souls (Beyond: Two Souls)

The game on Steam, played five hours, on a new start it offers only a new game, there are no saves. The integrity of the files was checked, everything was ok, reinstallation did not help either. I tried to restart the chapter without leaving the game, I gave a Game Crash error. YES to create full core dump. NO to close game.
