X4: Foundations (X4: Foundations) crashes

X4 - Foundations game won't launch. Error: Error with Vulkan runtime. Additional error details: CreateGraphicsDevice (SeparateResolution 0 Window 1920, 1080 Render1920, 1080.0) vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormatsKHR failed with code -3 (= "VK_ERROR_INITIALIZATION_FAILED").
My pc: AMD FX6300 processor, GTX 1070 video card. Updated all drivers, did not help. Help please, I really want to play this game.
