Freezes and drawdowns in Assassin Odyssey (Assassin's Creed Odyssey)

Hello everyone, the fact is that I have a pretty powerful PC for games, in all games the fps is stable at 60 frames + at high ultras, including rdr2, but in assassin I have a strange situation. FPS at ultra is about 70, but there are hard friezes up to 30 frames, it is very striking. Help with what you can

GPU - rx 5600 xt

CPU - ryzen 3600

RAM - 16 gb, 8x2

other components are not so important in games for this, I think that's enough
