Account deleted (Call of Duty: Warzone)

And so I changed my place of residence, I began to play it less often, and somewhere half a year ago I abandoned it altogether. But as it usually happens, I decided to play again. By the way, I played on Xbox one s. What a surprise that when entering the game, my account was "zero" ... My account was through Xbox live, that is, when registering, I just logged in through Xbox live and there were no problems (I even linked this account to Blizzard). I tried to log into my account on the site of the activization site, but after logging in through xbox, I was thrown to the initial registration page where I was asked to set my first name and so on. I tried a lot of input manipulation but nothing led me to success.
