The game does not start through Frosty Mod Manager or an error crashes (Mirror's Edge Catalyst)

I have a pirate, maybe this affects it, I don't know, but even without mods it still does not start. Help me please!!!

Maybe some mods are incompatible / outdated. What version of Frosty himself, and is everything correctly specified in the settings?
