What games have you played the most once in your life?
I have it Mafia and Half Life 2. I already know every pebble there, but 2-3 times a year I go through it with new passion. And you?STALKERS. I will not even undertake to say how many I went through all of them, if you count with global mods, it will probably be typed 30 times, all parts in total.
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, the
Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, the
Fallout 3
Fallout: New Vegas TES and Falluts are naturally smaller in total, but these games take much more time than all the others combined.
Probably here you can add Warcraft 3, Command conquer 3 Tiberium wars, Command conquer Generals used to wipe them to holes, and single and local.
15 times passed need for speed: undeground, they used to make games, not a conveyor for cutting the dough)
Hitman Blood Money - passed more than 10 times and I'm not going to finish
Call of Duty (I replay all parts from time to time (especially the MW series))
Mafia 1,2 - I don't even remember how many times I went through, but a lot.
Oh, probably it will be Return to Castle Wolfenstein, back in 2002. In the past, as soon as there was a free minute, the game was already loaded in a second :) I went through it probably 30 times, no less. The only game in which I still remember the location of the enemies in more than half of the levels, and the secrets in the first 3 for sure. Until now, I think that a better shooter has not yet come out.

Previously, "PROTOTYPE", only 25 times, I collected all the spheres (blue and pink), and I went through all the tests for platinum, and I don’t remember what else was there, but you should know that I completely went through the prototype for all 100000000000000%.
