Artifacts after system notifications (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Good afternoon, gentlemen, the 1650TI video card in the laptop.
The problem is that after any system notifications, the volume slider, any notification and AP, artifacts remain, that is, the volume was made higher, and the slider icon remained in the form of artifacts, only changing the resolution and returning back when it can be done and seen remains where to click in the settings.
Tried 60Hz and 144Hz, same thing. In a window without a frame and full screen it is the same. Optimizing the game through Nvidia did not help.
I tried to put the pirated version of the same thing.
In the game itself, the Steam and Rockstar overlay work without problems, that is, what appears behind the game remains on the screen.
Maybe someone knows how to solve? I searched, but found nothing of the kind. thanks for the help
