How to enable missions in co-op (Farming Simulator 17)

When playing with a friend on the grid, I faced the problem of lack of money, I wanted to earn extra money by completing missions, but alas, missions are disabled in the multiplayer game. I wanted to know if there is any way to enable missions in online mode?
