Advanced Edition Performance (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

Hello everybody.
Recently I ran into a problem that many also seem to have met. As you know, after the patch that optimized The Witcher 2 on Mac, the optimization dropped noticeably.
Actually, I had similar problems: on any settings, the laptop, which calmly gave 35-40 FPS in The Witcher 3, here at the lowest settings barely gave 15 FPS (the same amount was given at high settings). I tried all the methods: digging in the config, lowering the settings, lowering the resolution (there was such a soap as in the games of the early 00s), updating the drivers and reinstalling, downloading ready-made configs, reinstalling the game, and climbing in the settings for the video card. In general, all methods from Russian-language sites and from bourgeois sites did not help much.
Then I read about the fact that you can put 1.3. Put it, everything flies. But it's still a shame for a Steam license - it's convenient to read the manuals, and you want to finish off the achievements. Actually, is there a way to play the latest version of the game with a normal FPS?
