I set all settings to low, turned off all effects and lowered the image quality to 70% (sort of like that). After that, the error stopped appearing, I passed this moment where it was and returned everything back. As I understand it, the error is related to some of the graphics settings.

Faced the same problem, switching to dx12 gives nothing, the same crash when fighting nemesis. Lowering the graphics settings also proved to be ineffectual.
