FPS is not higher, but it works fine for me and on dx 11. Usually, an increase in FPS from switching to dx12 is observed on cards from amd, on nvidiavs not always and not in all games. But a little lower fps in the absence of jams is much more pleasant than a higher fps, but with periodic freezes
UPD: I checked, on the map from Huang the fps is lower at dx12 and there are lags, on dx11 it is much more stable
