Does not change rank points (Forza Horizon 4)

There was a problem with the forza. Solo rating, steam version, updated. After several races, I reached the 11th league, and then the problems began as in the screenshot.
Reinstallation helped the first time, but after 3 races again the same problem. I don't like downloading 100+ GB every 3 races. Therefore, maybe someone came across and explain what the problem is and how to fix it?
