Problems with changing configs (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)

Hello! Here I wanted to reassign the control functions in the BIOInput.ini file (Mass Effect 2), but after editing - the changes are not saved (the "read-only" attribute is removed), even if you delete the file, then when you start the game it is restored in the stock version. Maybe someone faced such a problem?
